My passion for the Chihuahua began at the age of eight, and since then, I have shared my life with the breed. In 2017, I entered the world of conformation showing, and today I am proud to have seven Champion Chihuahuas at home. This journey has been deeply rewarding, and I am honored to share this remarkable breed with others.
One of the proudest milestones along the way is having GCH Dilusso's Ruby, bred and shown by me, win the prestigious Top Twenty competition at the historic 100th Anniversary National Specialty of the Chihuahua Club of America — an event representing excellence within the breed at the highest level of competition.
During the same National Specialty week, additional DiLusso Chihuahuas earned notable recognition in competition, further reflecting the strength and consistency of the program.
Years of study, preparation, and dedication preceded the establishment of the DiLusso program.
I breed selectively from exceptional bloodlines with a commitment to preserving the qualities outlined in the AKC standard — including correct structure, soundness, breed type, and temperament.
Equally important to me is helping others understand what defines a well-bred Chihuahua and the responsibility that comes with protecting the integrity of the breed for generations to come.
Every dog in my program is thoroughly health tested and cleared in accordance with breed-recommended protocols and standards.
My program is intentionally small and thoughtfully managed, allowing each puppy to receive individualized attention, early training, and purposeful socialization.
Our dogs are not only beautiful, but highly intelligent and accomplished, holding titles such as GCHS, GCHB, CH, CGC, TKA, AKC STAR Puppy, and AKC Puppy Achievement.
I am also a member in good standing of the Chihuahua Club of America, the Central Carolina Chihuahua Club, and the Piedmont Kennel Club.
